BoothMate Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use BoothMate, a local-first tool for managing booths, catalog, inventory, sales, partner payouts, bookings, and reminders.
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using BoothMate, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you downloaded BoothMate from the App Store or Google Play, your use of the app is also governed by the applicable store terms, including Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store downloads and Google Play's terms for Google Play downloads.
Using BoothMate
BoothMate is provided as a local-first tool to help sellers organize booths, products, inventory, sales records, partner payout information, bookings, and local reminders.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the records you keep, and the decisions you make based on BoothMate's summaries, reports, and calculations.
Sales, Payments, and Business Records
BoothMate can display cash and QR payment workflows, but BoothMate does not process payments, move money, verify payment completion, issue refunds, or guarantee that a customer has paid.
You are responsible for confirming payments, managing refunds, honoring partner agreements, making stock decisions, handling taxes and accounting, and complying with laws and venue rules that apply to your sales.
Backups and Copies
You are responsible for backing up records you need to keep. BoothMate stores app data locally on your device, and deleting the app or losing access to your device may remove local app data.
When you share, copy, or send BoothMate data outside the app, you are responsible for that copy and for the destination or person you share it with.
Pricing and BoothMate EX
BoothMate includes an optional BoothMate EX subscription through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. BoothMate EX renews automatically. Free use includes unlimited booths, products, sales, stock, reports, bookings, and 2 active partners. BoothMate EX unlocks unlimited active partners.
BoothMate EX renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices, introductory free trial eligibility, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account or by Google through your Google Play account.
If BoothMate EX expires, existing data remains available. Existing products keep their owners, existing booths keep their partner membership, and historical sales and reports keep partner attribution. Free partner slot rules apply to new partner actions after expiry.
Availability and Warranty
BoothMate is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will always be free of errors, uninterrupted, or suitable for every event, business, accounting, tax, or legal need.
We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change features over time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, BoothMate is not responsible for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, payment disputes, tax outcomes, partner disputes, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
